Delivery Information

Delivery Expectations

Undelivered Packages

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package:

  1. Verify the shipping address on your order
  2. Check with neighbors or building management
  3. Wait 24-48 hours (packages sometimes marked delivered early)

Failed Delivery Attempts

Packages returned as undeliverable, refused, or unclaimed due to incorrect addresses are the customer's responsibility. Reshipment fees will apply.

Damaged or Lost Items

Damage Claims

Report damaged items within 24 hours of delivery:

  1. Take photos of damaged packaging and product
  2. Email photos to support@getpestlab.com
  3. Include order number and description of damage

Lost Package Claims

We investigate lost packages after the maximum transit time has passed. While we're not liable for packages after they leave our fulfillment center, we work with carriers to locate missing shipments.
