Standard Return Period

30-Day Return Policy - You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

14-Day Cooling-Off Period - EU customers have the legal right to cancel orders within 14 calendar days of delivery for any reason, without justification, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

Regional return rights are in addition to our standard 30-day policy.
